Sure, Matt. I can handle that. So for those of you who don't know us, Passage Bio is a clinical stage genetic medicines company. We are focused on developing therapies for patients with life-threatening CNS disorders. We have a pipeline of gene therapies that includes two lead clinical stage product candidates in disease areas for which there are really no approved treatment options.
