Good morning, everyone, and a warm welcome to our Q2 results call planned for the coming 30 minutes. For those I haven't had the privilege to meet before, my name is Nicklas Westerholm, and I'm the CEO of Egetis Therapeutics. With me today, we also have Yilmaz Mahshid, Chief Financial Officer; Henrik Krook, Vice President, Commercial Operations; as well as Karl Hard, Vice President and Head of Investor Relations.
Let me now turn our attention to the topics to be covered today. But first, let me begin by saying that I am incredibly proud of the breakthrough therapy designation granted by the FDA in July this year as well as the initiation of the launch of Emcitate as the first and only approved treatment for MCT8 deficiency in the first country, Germany on the 1st of May. This truly marks the start of a transition for Egetis from a late-stage development company to a commercial stage company.
