Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Robert LeBay, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Pelican Acquisition Corporation and Chairman of this meeting.
I hereby call this extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Pelican Acquisition Corporation to order.
Christine Gao and Selena Nee of the law firm Sele and Partners, the company's outside legal counsel and proxy holders for shareholders of record, are also present at this meeting.
I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce Mitchell Cabot oflini Partners, who I have asked to be the secretary of this extraordinary general meeting and to record the minutes.
Before considering the business to be taken up at this extraordinary general meeting, I would like Mr. Cabot to report on the formal steps taken in connection with it.
Mr. Chairman, the board of directors of the company has adopted resolutions which authorized this extraordinary general meeting.
