Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am David Lorber, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PhenixFIN Corporation, otherwise referred to as the company.
On behalf of the company, I want to welcome you and thank you for attending our 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. I am joined today by other members of our management team; the members of our Board; representatives from KPMG, our independent registered public accounting firm; representative of American Election Services; the inspector of election for this meeting; and representatives of Kramer Levin, our legal counsel.
