Good morning, everybody. Thank you very much for dialing in and I look forward to running through our presentation for you. And of course, very, very happy for Samir, our CFO, and I to answer questions at the end.

I'll run through the overview and then cover some of the flows, the AUM, fund performance, and then Samir will cover the financials in a lot more detail. But just as an overview to highlight, average AUM increased by 15% over the six-month period. Core operating profit increased by 21% and adjusted diluted earnings per share increased by 42%.
