Welcome to the Special Meeting for Plymouth Industrial REIT. Our host for today's call is Jeffrey Witherell, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. I will now turn the call over to your host, Mr. Witherell. You may begin, sir.
Good morning. I am Jeffrey Witherell, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Plymouth Industrial REIT Incorporated. I want to welcome all of you to this Special Meeting of Stockholders. I will serve as Chairman of the meeting; and Anne Hayward, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Plymouth Industrial REIT, will serve as Secretary of the meeting.
