Good morning. Welcome to the 2023 Special Meeting of Stockholders of PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc. I'm Joshua Silverman, Interim Chairman, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Interim President of the Company, and it's my pleasure to welcome all of you.
