Good morning, everyone. It's a real pleasure to be here with all of you. The government is up, so you don't have to worry about that. So we can focus on our update for the R&D Day at Praxis. It's incredibly humbling to be here with some of the updates we are going to be showing today.

Before I get started, I just want to make sure we're going to be making forward-looking statements. Refer to our SEC website for some of them. And together with myself, we're going to be joined by some of our senior colleagues at Praxis, but also by Dr. Espay, an expert in movement disorders; by Dr. French, that requires no introduction, an expert on the epilepsy field as well.
