Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by. Welcome to the ParkerVision, Inc. Annual Meeting. I would now like introduce your host, Mr. Jeffrey Parker, Chairman and CEO, you may begin. .
Thank you, and good morning to all who've joined us on this call today. I am Jeffrey Parker, the Chairman and CEO of ParkerVision, and I hereby call the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of ParkerVision Inc. to order.
Here with me today is Cynthia Poehlman, our CFO and Corporate Secretary, who will act as secretary of the meeting and who will be monitoring the web portal for any questions. I would also like to introduce Ms. Bevin Ankrom, our Controller and Director of SEC reporting, who I hereby appoint as inspector of this meeting. Ms. Ankrom has executed her oath of office.
