Prokidney Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Hi. Hello and welcome to ProKidney's Annual Meeting. I am Pablo Legorreta, Chairman of the Board, and I will act as Chairman for this meeting. We're conducting a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual components in order to maximize the participation of our stockholders, regardless of their location in the world.
We have provided the agenda and the rules of conduct for the meeting on our meeting website. The notice of annual meeting of stockholders, notice of internet availability of proxy materials, proxy statement, proxy and affidavit of mailing will be made a part of the minutes of this meeting. This meeting will be limited to the formal business of the stockholders. I would like to begin the meeting by introducing the members of the company's board of directors.
