Good morning. I am Matthew Gosling, EVP, Chief Legal and Business Officer of Protagonist Therapeutics, Inc. I'm very happy to welcome you to the Protagonist Therapeutics 2026 Stockholders Meeting. I'm joined by Dr. Dinesh Patel, who's the President and CEO of the company, the Chairman of this annual meeting, and a member of the Board of Directors of the company. Dr. Patel has asked me to serve as the Secretary of this meeting and to review the items of business before stockholders today.
