Good morning, everyone, and welcome again to the 44th Annual JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. My name is Matt Mckean, and I'm an associate here at JPM. And it's my pleasure to introduce our next presenting company, RadNet. Joining us today will be CEO, Dr. Howard Berger, CFO, Mark Stolper, Chief Strategy Officer; Dr. Greg Sorensen and CEO of RadNet Digital, Kees Wesdorp.
