Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Brent Rosenthal, and I'm the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors of RiceBran Technologies. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting is now called to order. I've asked Todd Mitchell, our CFO and Corporate Secretary, to record the minutes.
