All right, we are going to start with my last presentation of the day, which is a great thing with my cold today. Really happy to have Tom Sabol with us, Chief Financial Officer of Rimini Street.
It's a company on a very unique business model, providing third-party maintenance services for people who formerly were trapped with very high cost services from some legacy vendors that are not my favorite people in the world. So I love watching you guys win and take share from them.
So why don't -- with that, why don't you give us a general backdrop of yourself and the Company to sort of frame the beginning of the discussion.
Sure. Thanks, Rich. So I'm Tom Sabol. I am the CFO. I have essentially in my background I have been the CFO of public companies for most of the last 25 years. Originally in high-tech manufacturing. The last half of the career primarily in the high-tech software.
