Well, I don't usually offer praise, but this is my first question, right? So you joined Roku in May of '23, and three years in, and your impact on the organization has been tremendous. It really has been. We've been skeptical of the company, and you proved us wrong in terms of the way you operated it.

So thanks for being here. And given all that's changed for the better at Roku over this timeframe, can you share now your biggest opportunities and priorities? Like, now that you've done what you've done, what are you focused on to improve and what are your priorities?
