Hello, everyone. My name is Doug Stotler. As Chair of the Board of Directors of Reliance, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
First, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to recognize the more than 16,000 employees throughout our family of companies, each of whom contribute significantly each and every day to Reliance's success.
