Good morning, everyone. We're going to get started. My name is Anne Marie Cook, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sage Therapeutics. It's my pleasure to welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is being held virtually this year via the Internet.
