Before we begin, let me address the leadership transition we announced this morning. After almost 20 years with the company, I will conclude my seven-year tenure as CEO of the Straumann Group by the end of the year. I have planned it actually for quite some time, and I genuinely believe it is a very good moment for a smooth leadership transition.
