Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Donald Klimoski. I am the Senior Vice President of Operations, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of Global Self Storage. I will be acting as the Secretary of this meeting. On behalf of the Board of Directors and management, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Global Self Storage's 2026 Annual Stockholders Meeting.
I would like to call this meeting to order and make some introductions. First, let me introduce Mark Winmill, our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Thomas O'Malley, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company; and Russell Kamerman, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Chief Compliance Officer.
