Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Fred Niehaus, Safe Harbor Financial Holdings Board Chair. Welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'll be acting as the Chairman of this meeting. Beth Vanderbeek will act as Inspector of Election, and Mike Regan, the Board Secretary, will serve as Secretary for this meeting.
