SIGA Technologies Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. Let me take this opportunity to welcome all of those who have joined the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of SIGA Technologies Inc. I am Diem Nguyen Chief Executive Officer of CEGA. I would like to introduce Larry Miller, SIGA's General Counsel, who will be serving as the Secretary of the meeting. This meeting is being held pursuant to proper notice based on the notice of annual meetings of stockholders dated April 28, 2026. Concerning the matters to be considered and acted upon this meeting and a copy of the proxy statement, annual report, and proxy card provided to the stockholders as of April 17, 2026, the record date established by this meeting by the Board of Directors, and the proxy statement supplement filed on May 8, 2026.
