Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much for taking the time to listen to the presentation on Silver One Resources. The company started in mid-2016 with the acquisition of three silver projects in Mexico. But as time went on, we went shopping for projects more advanced and we found one called the past-producing Candelaria Silver Mine in the state of Nevada.

This is the photograph of that project that I'll be talking about in a few more slides from now. You'll see this photograph again. But not only did we have the ability to acquire 100% interest in this past-producing Silver Mine, we also went on to stake a very high-grade silver-gold-copper opportunity in eastern Nevada. And more recently in early 2020, we entered into agreement to acquire 100% interest in an extremely high-grade silver opportunity in the state of Arizona.

Now we did complete a financing in July of this year, $9.5 million. Of that, Mr. Eric Sprott came in and invested approximately $5 million of that $9.5 million, making him one
