Thank you and good morning. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Eric Sills, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Motor Products. Welcome to our 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. I call the meeting to order.

We're glad that you're able to join us online this year. We hope this virtual format will allow us to connect with a greater number of you. I'd like to begin by introducing the executive officers who are joining me today.
