Nuscale Power Corp Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. I'm Alan Boeckmann, Chairman of the Board of NuScale Power Corporation. Thank you for joining us today. On behalf of our Board of Directors, welcome to the Special Meeting Of Stockholders. I'll act as Chairman for this meeting; and Patrick Cannon, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary of the company, will act as the Meeting Secretary.
Heather Obi of the Carideo Group has been appointed Inspector of Elections. Ms. Obi's oath as Inspector of Elections has been duly submitted and will be appended to the minutes of this meeting.
As Chairman, I will take all steps necessary to conduct this meeting in an orderly manner. To handle the business of this meeting efficiently and fairly, we will conduct this meeting following the rules of conduct and procedure, which are available on the meeting website.
