Welcome to the Special Meeting of Stockholders of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., which we refer to as the company or Synchronoss. It is now 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and the meeting will come to order. My name is Jeff Miller, and as Chief Executive Officer, I will be the chair of this meeting.
