Good morning and welcome to Sonic Foundry's Special Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Mark Parrish. I'm the Chair of the Board, and I will serve as the chair of this meeting. Joining me today is Ken Minor, our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, and he will serve as the secretary of this meeting as and as the inspector of elections. Also joining me is our CEO, Joe Mozden.
