Suburban Propane Partners LP Tri-Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Matthew Chanin, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Suburban Propane. It's my pleasure to welcome you to our tri-annual meeting of limited partners. Our meeting will be divided into 3 parts: Bryon Koepke, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, will act as Secretary of this meeting and will conduct the formal, legally required part of the meeting; Mike Stivala, our President and Chief Executive Officer, will then give his report on the partnership state of the business; and finally, Mr. Stivala will respond to questions that you may have.
Before we begin the official part of our business, I would like to introduce the members of our Board of Supervisors. All of our supervisors are in attendance for today's meeting.
