Good morning. I am Ed Glotzbach, Chair of the Board of Spire. And on behalf of my fellow Board members and all the employees of Spire, we welcome you to our annual shareholder meeting.

This past year has presented challenges that we would have thought unimaginable just 12 months ago. I'm pleased to say, though, that we rose to the challenge each time and that we continue to rise to the challenge of COVID-19 every day.
