Good morning and thank you for joining Stockland's FY25 results update. I'm Tarun Gupta, Managing Director and CEO of Stockland. Before we begin, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we meet, the Gadigal people of the Euro nation and pay my respects to Elders past present and emerging.
