Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, everyone. Thank you all so much for joining us today. My name is Nithin Pejaver. Along with my colleague, Tom Singlehurst, we are responsible for looking at the educational services sector at Citi.

It is an absolute pleasure to welcome Andrew Brown, the CFO of Chegg, one of the companies that has probably had a ringside view of the ongoing COVID-driven disruption of the higher education space.

Andy joined Chegg back in 2011. And before that, he's been the CFO of 3 publicly listed companies. In all, he has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector.
