My name is Shaun Maine, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Converge. This meeting of Converge shareholders is called pursuant to the notice of Annual and Special Meeting, dated September 9, 2020. This year, to proactively deal with the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19 and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the meeting is being held as a completely virtual meeting via teleconference.
