Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Jeff Kennedy, Chairman of Jaguar, and I am pleased to welcome you to this Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Jaguar, which is again being held virtually.
At the meeting, registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders will have an opportunity to participate, ask questions, and vote, all in real time through a web-based platform. Non-registered shareholders may ask questions and if they receive a TSX Trust control number and by following the procedures set out in the Management Information Circular for this meeting, they may also vote virtually at this meeting.
