Your problem child for me this quarter. So we need to start with a probing. Sorry to be blunt. And I want to talk also about the Investor Day, the innovation pipeline. There is a lot of good stuff. But I think -- the topic to start with is peripheral, a little bit of change in the field in the quarter.

What I heard is [pre-op] for these cases has kind of been standard for some period of time, the enforcement perhaps lighter. And there seems to have been a change this year, either 1 payer or multiple, in terms of enforcing the pre-op
