Presidio Property Trust Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I want to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Presidio Property Trust Inc. I am Jack Heilbron, Chairman of the Board of Presidio, and I will be presiding at this meeting as its Chair. In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call the meeting to order.
Also present at the meeting today are Jim Durfey, Lead Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee; Ed Bentzen, CFO; Gary Katz, Chief Investment Officer; Lowell Hartkorn of Investor Relations; Avital Perlman of Sichenzia, Ross Ference, our Securities Counsel; and [Tracy Oates] Inspector of the Election.
As Chair of the meeting. I hereby appoint Ed Bentzen to act as Secretary of this meeting and [Tracy Oates] to act as Inspector of the Election. [Ms. Oates] has subscribed to an oath to faithfully execute her duties as Inspector of Election.
