Thank you, operator. Good afternoon. Welcome to indie's third-quarter 2025 earnings call. Joining me today are Donald McClymont, indie's CEO and Co-Founder; Mark Tyndall, EVP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations; and Naixi Wu, indie's new CFO, whose appointment was announced earlier today. Donald will provide opening remarks and discuss business highlights. Mark will then provide a review of indie's Q3 results and Q4 outlook.
