Thank you, Jess. Great to be back here at JPMorgan. It's exciting, Year ahead for Denali, so I'm looking forward to presenting today and telling you about our path, to patience.
So just a reminder that we founded Denali to really deliver biotherapeutics to the brain and our adventure. Has led us to actually many regions, not just the brain but throughout the whole body with the transport vehicle technology and a lot of the data has really come, has matured over the last several years, both clinical data and pre-clinical data telling us the power of using trans receptor, to enable biotherapeutics to access the brain and beyond.
