Codexis Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. My name is Alison Moore, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Codexis Inc. I'm very happy to welcome you to the company's 2026 annual stockholders meeting. I will act as Chair of the annual meeting.
The meeting will now officially come to order. The time is now 9:00 Pacific Time on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. As you know, we are hosting today's annual meeting through a virtual online platform hosted by Broadridge Financial Solutions.
Before we proceed with the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce you to the members of the business team who are with us today. They are Georgia Erbez, our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer; Frank Lanza, our VP Controller. Ms. Erbez will act as Secretary of this annual meeting.
