Good morning. I'm Paul Sekhri, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of vTv Therapeutics, and I'll be presiding over this meeting.

On behalf of the Board and the officers of vTv Therapeutics, I'm pleased to welcome you to the reconvene 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is 11 a.m. And in accordance with the bylaws of the company, I call this meeting to order.

We appreciate you attending our annual meeting virtually. All of our stockholders of record as of close of business of April 14, 2026, were mailed a notice with the proxy notice and proxy card, including instructions for how to access our proxy statement and annual report via the Internet.
