Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is a pleasure to welcome you to this Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. I am Scott Barbour, President and CEO. The meeting will now come to order.
An agenda that outlines the order of business for the meeting has been made available through the online virtual meeting portal. The matters on which the stockholders are voting are to Number One, elect nine directors nominated for a term to expire at the 2027 annual meeting.
Number Two, ratify the appointment of Deloitte and Touché LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2027.
And Number Three, approve on a non-binding advisory basis the compensation of the
