All right. Thank you, Daniel. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us this morning. And here with me today is James Harbilas, Enerflex's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer; as well as Marc Rossiter, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.

So prior to commencing the review of the financial results, yesterday, I announced my intention to retire as President, Chief Executive Officer of Enerflex effective May 3, 2019, and will not be standing for reelection to the Board of Directors.
