Good morning, everyone, and thank you for attending OM Holdings webinar this morning. My name is Jenny from the IR department of OM Holdings together with Ms. [Ritchie], and we will be hosting the webinar for today.

OM Holdings is an international manganese and silicon smelting group and has just released its first half 2025 results last Thursday. I am delighted to have our Group Financial Controller, Eugene Tan with me today.
