So I wanted to start off, no surprise, with a number of questions on EXPAREL, the franchise, what's going on in the market. And maybe I could first start off with when you look at Q1 2026, we had volume growth of around 7%, revenue growth was around 5%, and I know we're just about to lap that third GPO. I think you've indicated sometime this summer.
Can you talk about that volume to revenue gap and how that may change as we enter the second half of the year and the implications for the company?
