Maybe to start off with Brian, you want to just kind of give a level set for people who maybe are super in the weeds and just kind of what the next kind of key value creating milestones that you see over the next kind of 1,212, 18 months or so.

This is a really exciting year, 2026 for us, building on, a lot of events that we had and a lot of progress made in 2025. I think the highlight of, 2025 was more towards the end of the year when we're really pleased to have the approval of ACVESMI, which is Medi pivot for the treatment of thalassemia.
