Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I want to welcome all of you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Akebia Therapeutics. I'm Adrian Adams, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Akebia Therapeutics, and I will be presiding at this meeting. At this time, I call the meeting to order.
We are holding this meeting in an all-virtual format and are pleased to have everyone join this live webcast. We have designed this meeting to provide stockholders the same rights and opportunities to participate as they would at an in-person meeting.
I'd now like to take this opportunity to welcome the other members of Akebia's Board of Directors and the company's executive leadership team who are present here today.
