Welcome, to Ensurge Micropower's Q1 2022 preliminary report. My name is Kevin Barber, I'm the CEO. Today I'm going to go through the progress we've made in this last quarter, as well as talk about the strategy we have on delivering the world's first milliamp-hour class solid-state lithium microbattery.

So, we here at Ensurge Micropower are very focused on delivering differentiated solid-state lithium microbatteries into the existing billion-unit market. We're bringing a novel solid-state architecture. We have an existing proven roll-to-roll manufacturing facility. We have intellectual property across the architecture and the barriers and the materials and the packaging and our approach to delivering this innovative technology.
