So welcome, everyone, to this third quarter presentation. Very nice to see a few more people with us here in the roof -- room physically present. But obviously, also welcome to you that is following this via the web. And as normal, you can ask questions. Already now, our guys sitting are ready to receive them, and we will try to answer as many as possible at the end of the presentation today.

So let's take a quick look at the agenda. We will quickly go through Nel in brief, as usual, and then move on to the third quarter highlights and financial review. We will go through some of the developments that we've seen in the quarter, company specific, but also discuss some other key developments that we've seen lately, which we really want to highlight and which I think could be interesting to share with you. And then obviously, we will give you an update on the HerÃ¸ya expansion before we finish off with the outlook and some Q&A.
