Welcome, and thank you for joining the Joint Special Meeting of Stockholders of Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation and Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation.
I would like to introduce Edgar Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, who will host today's meeting. Mr. Lee, you may begin.
Good morning. I am Edgar Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation, OCSL and Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation, OCSI.
From time to time, I will refer to OCSL and OCSI as a company or together as the companies. As presiding officer, I hereby call this meeting to order and welcome you to the Joint Special Meeting of Stockholders of the companies.
