Good morning, and welcome to Akr's first quarter results presentation for 2026. My name is Federic Berge, Head of Investor Relations at Akr.

I'm joined by Akr's President and CEO, Evin Eriksen, who will take you through the key highlights and portfolio developments in the quarter.
