Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us. Today, I plan to speak for a little longer than usual. I'll discuss how we have reacted to COVID-19, responding quickly to the needs of our employees and customers. I will cover trading in the first 4 months of the year, which has demonstrated, the defensive characteristic of our earnings, and I will explain why we believe we are well positioned to navigate an unprecedented dynamic and benefit from attractive growth opportunities post COVID-19.
