I am Hiroshi Hozothani, CFO. I will now provide an overview of the business results for the fiscal year 2025.
Page 4 shows the highlights of business results for fiscal 2025. Foreign exchange rates were JPY150.5 to the US dollar, JPY173.8 to the euro, and JPY99.2 to the Australian dollar. Compared to the previous fiscal year, the Japanese yen appreciated against the US dollar and Australian dollar but depreciated against the euro.
Net sales increased by 0.7% to 4,JPY132.8 billion.
Operating income decreased by 13.7% to 567.3 billion.
The operating income ratio was 13.7%, down 2.3 points.
Net income attributable to Konwatsu decreased by 14.4% to $376.4 billion.
